The Oke Beach House is located at Rawhiti in the stunning Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
Built to maximise the spectacular views of its coastal surroundings it is the perfect luxury holiday retreat for families & friends to gather and reconnect.
A short stroll from the rear of the property will you find yourself at Oke Bay, rated one of the best beaches in Northland for its white sandy beach, safe swimming and crystal clear water.
RATES
The nightly rate is inclusive for up to 8 guests. Maximum 14 guests Extra guests, per person per night Adults $125 Children $60 We can accomodate up to 18 guests, this is strictly by arrangement with the Property Manager.
HIGH SEASON - $2200 December, January, February
MID SEASON - $1900 March April
LOW SEASON - $1600 May, June July August, September
MID SEASON $1900 October , November
Minimum stay 2 nights, 3 nights Public Holidays.
There is a mandatory housekeeping/set up fee of $595 per stay. You will find the house open and ready for your arrival, all linen & towels are provided and the beds will be freshly made. The house is stocked with all basic provisioning in the kitchen and bathrooms with amenities. This fee ensures that the property is kept to the high standard for your arrival and other guest after your departure.
THE HOUSE

The house boasts two levels of spacious luxury accommodation.The top level offers four Master Suites, all luxuriously appointed with full size en-suites.The lower level has been designed to provide teenagers and young children with their own entertainment & living area plus a large exterior deck. Catering for families this level has two generous bunk-rooms each with a queen bed and single bunks.
EAT/RELAX
The central kitchen & bar area is an entertainers dream that flows seamlessly to the outdoor living & bbq area. Combined with generous seating and dining table the open log fire creates the right atmosphere and warmth for all year round evenings spent outdoors.
