The House

The house boasts two levels of spacious luxury accommodation. The upper level offers four Master Suites and the lower level has been designed to provide teenagers and children with their own sleeping, entertainment & living area plus a large exterior deck.

Eat/Relax

The kitchen is designed as the central hub of the living & entertaining area. With expansive views to the surrounding bays plus easy access to both exterior deck areas and the indoor living area, it’s the ideal entertaining environment. The spacious galley style kitchen is fully equipped to handle holiday cooking for large groups, featuring twin ovens, three dishwashers, twin large fridges, commercial ice maker, cool store fridge plus ample preparation & serving bench area. The seated breakfast/cocktail bar is perfect for morning coffees & evening cocktails.

Sleep

Upper Level - 4 Master Suites
2 suites each comprise of a Super King bed with full size ensuite, walk in robes & dressing rooms plus exterior decks with sun lounger. 2 suites have the option of 2 x King Single beds or one Californian King bed each with full ensuite/adjoining bathroom, spacious robes plus exterior decks with sun lounger. Lower Level - 2 Bunk rooms
Catering for families and groups of friends the two generous size bunk-rooms each have a Queen bed and five King Single beds. This level is well appointed with a full bathroom, stand alone shower room plus an additional powder room.
All Ensuite bathrooms have walk in showers with heated flooring & towel rails. The beds are always freshly made with luxurious organic cotton linen from Citta & with gorgeous made in NZ bathroom amenities from Ashley & Co.
